Purchased for a 2-week trip to Japan and didn't want to check in a bag. This suitcase was the right price, looks nice and is sturdy, has a place for everything. Loved that I could hold my laptop up front and I felt it was protected. Wheels roll smoothly. I like the hard shell back. Left off 1 star because I had trouble with the handle a not wanting to come up all the way a few times. After a few tries of putting up and down, it finally came up to the maximum height but it made me nervous that it was broken and that would've sucked since I'm on the taller side. Nevertheless, the handle is working fine right now and I would not hesitate to use this bag again for another trip.

I have only used this bag for a couple trips so far, but the size and flexibility are perfect for short work trips. The laptop storage is ideal as I don't have to carry a laptop backpack and store it under my feet on flights. Seems pretty durable thus far, and I tend to be pretty hard on luggage.

Multiple sections for special uses. Huge main section opens up completely so very useful for clothes. Front pockets perfect for laptop and iPad. Even has a pocket h ft or a charger you can access externally. Has all the benefits of suitcases twice as expensive. Mostly a hard case but partially soft-sided. AND expandable.

Since receiving this suitcase, I have used it on a number of occasions and have found it to be exactly what I was looking for. It is the perfect mix of soft side luggage that offers some flexibility and a little bit of give, but it is coupled with the protection of hard sided luggage in the areas where it counts most along the sides. I’ve also found the wheels to be very quiet and glide very smoothly across all types of floors. It offers multiple internal packing features, including a waterproof pocket, which comes in handy for carrying any type of liquid toiletries. I’ve also found the suitcase to provide ample room for 3 to 4 days of travel, in winter time with heavier, clothing, and would expect to be able to get up to five days in warmer weather. This is in the unexpended configuration, so with the expansion room on the sides I could easily travel for seven days with the suitcase.

Everything i was looking for. - i love the front pockets. Easy access to my electronics.Can’t get the front pockets too bulky - it won’t close properly and the zipper will struggle.
