Update - I took one of them inside and it’s working as of 11/11/2023 alas the one in an outside fixture failed in early summer. Of course they are not rated for outdoor use and the temperature in the fixture way exceeded what the socket is rated for. I will buy them again when I need a socket adaptor.I've had them for 2.5 moths and so far no problems. They're in outside fixtures protected from the rain, in temperatures from 9F-80F. They've been in place in for part of the fall and part of the winter. If they fail in the worst of winter or in the summer heat I'll update this review. The fixtures they are used in are powered off part of the day and they have no trouble reconnecting when the power comes back on. They synced easily with the Smart Life app and are set to go on from sunset to sunrise.Technical Note: I have a WIFI 6 mesh router that chooses the 2.4 or 5GHz bands automatically.

You get what you pay for... I purchased 2 of these to set up with Alexa. When I received them I realized that I had to download the Tuya Smart Application for them to work, no big deal. After downloading the app and setting up these units I then need to go into the Alexa app and connect the Tuya application with the Alexa app. (Again not a big deal) where the problem lies is after a bout a week to a week and a half the apps stop communicating… And then you have to go through the entire set up process again. When you were looking for convenience this is a real pain in the neck to put it politely. And as if that wasn’t bad enough anytime there is a power outage it seems that you have to reconnect everything again. But of course it’s not consistent. Sometimes it will come back on and work fine. Other times it’s a huge process and they won’t even sync with the Tuya application. My suggestion is to buy the actual amazon smart plug for any plug in style devices at almost 3 times the price because they are simple to use, the connect directly to tge Alexa app, they automatically reconnect after a power outage and the seem to last longer! Other than that let’s hope Amazon comes out with an alexa smart socket that works directly with the Alexa app because I could really use a reliable one of these for my closet.

Using our living room for making videos and using high wattage corn led lamps this light socket device allows remote control through the smart life app or Alexa. After fitting the smart light socket the Smart life app detected the device in seconds and was up and running in about 30 seconds, easy peasy. One piece of advice before installing these devices or any other smart device is to switch your modem to 2.4 GHZ only, as I have found when leaving the 5 GHZ band on the app cannot find the smart device. I discovered this when my smart bulbs would not connect on a previous install.Would recommend these devices 100%.

This is the first smart socket I have purchased.My 2 cents:The GoodSet up was easy.App is very intuitive.No lag in functionality.Bluetooth to connect to other devices to daisy chain together.Works with google home app.The BadSocket drops offline while I am out of Bluetooth range.If the light switch that provides power to the socket is turned off it causes some issues (shows offline in the apps but socket functions. Eventually connection is lost and you must reset device as well as add to controller apps)I will update after I’ve had more time with the product.

Amazon Türkiye'ye ve satıcı firmaya teşekkürler.Smart Life uygulamasıyla kurulum çok kolay. 1- Mevcut lambayı sök 2- yerine Akıllı duyu tak 3- Uygulamayı aç sonra ışığı aç 4- Telefonunu 2.4 ghz wifi'ye bağla 5- Uygulama otomatik görüyor ve bağlanıyor. İşlem 2 3 dakkika sürmüyor bile. Kullanmaya başla. Yakında siparişimi tekrarlıyacağım.

Fácil de instalar y configurar

Excelente producto, los configure sin problema alguno con la aplicación de smart life y luego darlos de alta en Google Home. Los puse con focos ahorradores (de espiral) y funcionan super bien. Responden muy bien con Google Home mini y lo mejor es que los dos focos ya se pueden apagar y encender de manera independiente.

Bien, funcionan bien y se asocian a la app de Smart Life con facilidad. Lo que, asociarlas con Alexa ha sido más complicado de lo que creía. Hay que crear ambientes primero en la app, en la sección de "inteligencia" y luego la App de Alexa sí que reconoce los ambientes (y no el dispositivo en si) y te puedes crear las rutinas que quieras. Me ha costado un poco, pero al final lo he conseguido. Recomendable.
