These were real interesting. They taste like a little cinnamon cracker...something you might even dip in milk. But the texture is real odd....I really like it. It's not cracker crispy. Or like a short read cookie..and they're certainly not soft. But they have sort of a crunchy-soft bite to them..almost like the animal crackers that aren't smooth..anyway. is buy these again.

Love that these are a healthier option, and were not expensive. I like the honey infused taste; however there is an aftertaste that I'm not so sure about.
