...the garlic was overcooked to the point of bitterness. chucked it into an equal quantity of hot salsa so as not to waste it, there were enough scoville units in the salsa to make the bitterness less noticeble. ate it. kinda bummed. also the basil flavor not good. was hoping for a mild sauce/binder for pizza pocket/calzone fillling.
