I don't know what my favorite feature is, so I'll list a few below:-Lengthy boot-up time: What a relief that the ideapad takes an average of 7 mins from power button to screen to functional programs. I HATE it when my electronics are fast, so it was a relief I could take a power nap while waiting to check my email.-Hyper-sensitive mouse: Yes, the settings can adjust this, but I do love when my laptop gives me the surprise of never knowing where it's going to click! What an adventure.-Warms up really fast: Your own personal heater on your legs (and the heat only starts up after 3 minutes! Who doesn't want to feel toasty in July?)-Constant Sound of the Ocean: Nothing adds to my music listening experience more than the constant rush of my 2-day old laptop heaving to keep open 5 internet tabs.-Load times: Back to the mouse settings, I immensely enjoyed waiting through 2 Frozen songs for my settings window to open. Really made me reconsider if I WANTED to change my Settings at all. And, really, if your laptop isn't giving you an existential crisis, what is even the point of having one?Keys are non-reactive: When the ideapad falls into an asthma attack while you're typing (on and offline), the ideapad won't remember anything you typed while it was having a crisis (which is quite often). Great tool for improving your memory, because you can type the same thing 4-5 times and will still need to type it again!Bloatware: I would try to remove it, but the laptop moves too slowly for me to even access it, so I have decided maybe I do want over a dozen games put on this system (just as long as they run at the speed of a constipated turtle, like the rest of the programs on this laptop)Summary: All-in-all, after 2 days of learning the nuances of the ideapad, I would say it would be a great brick to use to prop doors, pantries, and garages. However, because it doesn't feel very sturdy (more like a plastic Barbie-imitation electronic), I would recommend against using it to support particularly heavy objects. Would probably break.(This review is in comparison to a 2016 MacBook Pro and a 2018 Dell Chromebook used in the same location, with strong Wi-Fi and air-conditioning)

After about a month of ownership the Mrs. is very happy with her new laptop! Nice screen, good ergos and layout, which is typical of Lenovo. The Warden also loves the purple color! While it is no speed demopn with the AMD chip, it is good enough for her Internet shopping, E-mail and You Tube. Neither of us are gamers so this was a perfect low cost option for our needs. The final purchase price was within $100 of the quoted repair price for our 10 year old HP. A no brainer for sure!

Let me just first say, I love the color of this. The laptop is a little bit on the heavy side and the battery life not the greatest. But it works pretty good so for the price I am overall happy even though it tends to run a little bit slow. It's a great computer for the price and it has a lot of nice feautures like the cd/dvd drive and a numeric keyboard on the right hand side which I use all of the time. I haven't traveled with it yet so we will see how that works with it being a little bit heavier but I bought it so I could watch movies and listen to cds when I go on my trip.

Not sure about how it runs yet. But it came boxed up nice, the color is so nice, it’s light, and even though it was a One Day shipping item, and I got it a day late.... it came right around 1PM so it’s okay :)*OK this part is an edit I have had it for about a month and I have not noticed any lagging issues just one issue with the bios update and I don’t know what it is so I left it alone also the battery really is iffy I am somebody who always forgets to charge things and the battery drains really quickly. However, it keeps advising me to change battery settings so that may be my fault but I haven’t had time to look into it yet. I was originally going to return it but I am seeing that it’s been working fine and for me it’s perfect and I love the color!!! *EDIT 3: 7 months after and honestly it’s super slow! And does not have good graphics.

I enjoy the large screen, the speed, the color- overall I am happy with the performance and to my surprise there even is a feature for a DVD. I did a lot of research before I made the purchase, for computers under $400, this is the BEST deal I can find on Amazon.com.
