CASIO HR-170RC CALCULATOR is CLUNKY NOISY and ROUGH, when printing. I fear this machine may die soon because it sounds like its working hard to print.This Casio HR-170Rc Calculator replaces my Casio HR-100TM purchased in 2018.My calculator usage is for basic, simple calculations.INSTRUCTIONS SHEET is included.Instructions weren't easy and simple to follow, to set the TIME & DATE. I googled and got better and easy-to-follow instructions to set time and date.Time was auto set to P.M. and I couldn't change to A.M. - until after midnite. The next day A.M. was a selectable option.The calculator doesn't seem to have an Auto-ShutOff Feature while plugged in wall. I tested it several times.Power adapter is included - which is how I use the calculator. Or 4 AA batteries can be used. A CR2032 Battery Button for backup is included.FEATURES:I like the TIME AND DATE, and I can PRINT the time & date on my Calculation Paper Tape - by pressing TIME Button twice.The time does not print A.M. or P.M.And I can REPRINT THE TAPE, to have a DUPLICATE.I like this CASIO HR-170RC CALCULATOR - except for the CLUNKY NOISY ROUGH PRINTING!

Ya tenia una pero era otro modelo y por lo regular me tocaba hacer las cuentas dos o tres veces porque necesitaba volver a imprimir y con la función de reimpresión estoy feliz, lo demás funciona también perfecto pero la compre principalmente por esto, ya que hacerlo manualmente muchas veces me equivocaba en algún número y me tocaba empezar de cero, con esta me evitó eso. Y puedo reimprimir cuantas veces quiera.

I actually really like it. I loved the color. It’s easy to use, I’m a first for a calculator like this. When I do the print it does take longer, but when I don’t print the speed is good. I use it plugged in to not use batteries. So far the value was with it. Quality is also good. The roll it comes with is very small so buy extra rolls, if needed.
