I thought the flat backs would be harder to put on once I saw it was a screw on (not sure what I thought it was before lol) but they go on really easily! I have one in my helix and it causes me no discomfort when I sleep. I love the variety and even the cuffs are so cute. I will see how well they hold up but so far I'm very pleased as I love to mismatch my earrings
