Best work bag I have owned. I usually switch to a different one often but this one is perfect! Not too huge but holds a lot and is very sturdy, lots of pockets! I love the water bottle pocket on the side, I carry a mason jar of chai tea in it to work. Holds several books, my large planner, laptop, a binder and even my lunch! I love the classy gray color, and that it zips closed on top, many don’t. Has stood up to a lot of use…highly recommend!

It doesn’t look quite as nice as it does in the picture. It’s floppier and not as constructed looking as I had hoped. That said, the gift recipient seemed to really love it thanks to the large size and many compartments. I bought it specifically because it had the document-holding insert and she loved that feature, as well as the extra shoulder strap. She also appreciated the insulated compartment.

A bit floppy. The fabric it's made of seems thin for a handbag and has no real heft, no firmness to keep its shape, and there's little skeletal structure built into the bag. It's okay. Not my favorite bag, but not a POS either.I like the color, the pockets, and the handles. Some nice features.For my purposes, I wouldn't buy it again. May be just right for others.
