The only complaint I have is that the side pockets aren't quite big enough for the way I want to use the case. My mouse will barely fit in the medium size pocket (and it is a Logitech M185, which is a small mouse). The power supply for the laptop is also a tight fit in the large pocket. If they were built with maybe 1/4" more depth both would work better. The laptop itself fits perfectly.

I tried 2 laptop bags and this one was it for me. I actually tried it for looks but it turned out to be awesome.There are no flaws in the construction. If I pick at straws: it could have a nicer fabric for the lining and more padding. The stitching, seams, fabric… all 100%. Looks more $ than it is.I’m really happy with the faux leather. It looks great and it will wear well. Even with a lot of use (or rather abuse) it will look good aged.It’s not a huge bag if that’s what you want. It’s perfect for my laptop - 10” x 16” and holds a book or couple notebooks as well. The front large pocket fits my charger and its really long cords. The smallest pocket holds a large mouse.The best part is the back: you can use it on pretty much any size luggage or you can use it as an extra pocket - it zips fully on bottom and top.
