I am enjoying this bag so far!Pros: I’ve used it for a three day trip and it fit perfectly under the seat on Jet Blue, although my seat was an “even more space” seat. Flying American soon and will update how that goes. The bag is light, roomy enough for a change of clothes, pajamas, electronics, and toiletries. I did not pack shoes. The bag is very light and rolls easily. I like how the buckle system allows you to open the bag slightly to grab something without worrying the bag would fully open. These buckles seemed sturdy enough. The bag easily fit behind the seat of my rental car. Good value for the money,Cons: I definitely did not overpack this bag, but the zipper on the outermost pocket (holding a small pack of 15 Lysol wipes), was pulling at the seams. I did put a small umbrella in one side pocket, but a water bottle would not fit in the other pocket. I’ve included photos of potential problem areas where the stitching seemed to he pulling apart a bit.

The product itself seems fine. I bought it bc some customer reviews said it could fit a bigger laptop but IT CANNOT. I think it could fit about a 13 inch device. I have a 17 inch laptop which stuck out a lot (my bad for not double-checking the measurements) and so I doubt it could hold a 15 inch laptop either.The reason for the 3 stars is due to the fact that I had to pay a shipping fee for the return. I have never been charged a return fee, even while living abroad, so I was a little miffed. It is definitely deterring me from checking out another Hanke carry-on as I am not willing to *try* due to the possible fee. Just a heads up for anyone.The luggage itself seems light, arrived quickly, and is a dark, bright blue (sorry, I'm not good at describing colors). I did not try the zippers or wheels since I wasn't planning on keeping it.

I was a little wary buying this because it isn’t a name brand. But I like it. It slides under airline seat in front but the best thing is u don’t have to take the whole bag out to get devices out. You just unzip the top zipper to get computer items out of bag

Nice bag, but won't roll straight on all four wheels going through the airport. Wants to pull away from you no matter which arm you use. Wears you out trying to keep it alongside yourself as you walk with it.

I bought this for a trip east to visit a friend. I was only going to be gone for 4 days and didn't want to use one of my larger suitcases. This was perfect. I was impressed by how well made it was with outside pockets for everything. The wheels rotated perfectly. The blue color is very nice. I just love it. And, I will use it again~!

I purchased this rolling briefcase for a number of reasons: pricing (very competitive), 4-spinner wheels (very quiet & maneuverability), size (I got the 18" and the interior pocket fits a 17" laptop), size of interior compartment (roomy) and location of water bottle pocket (outside but in the back/not on the side). I just came back from a 3 day conference and I'm grateful I had a rolling briefcase. I hurt my knee a few weeks ago and used the telescopic handle as a type of cane. I also traveled via train to/from the conference location/hotel and home so being able to roll the briefcase plus my luggage (one in each hand) was great. I had to do a lot of walking between the hotel and conference center (I did 3-75 minute presentations) and again I was so grateful I didn't have to carry anything in my hands. I had everything with me in my Hanke (knee brace just in case, laptop, water, snacks, cables, presentation notes/folders, wallet, phones, etc.) so I didn't need to go back to my hotel room during the day. Highly recommend this. P.S. Not that it matters but I'm a 69 year old female and am mentioning this only because it may be important to some people re their decision-making process.
