This is a great suitcase, lots of room for storing everything you need to bring on a trip. Me and my Fiancé bot got matching luggage for our Disney World honeymoon. I read a review that the paint scratches off, honestly I don't see how because it is laminated to the hardshell. I also read a bad review that it was missing two zippers on the inside. We purchased 3 of these from a Samsonite store and the sales person told us that it is his most asked question -- The zippers are missing by design. I was told the only reason those get opened is for Customs/TSA screening and for the manufacturer to make repairs. Also the bag comes with a 10 YEAR WARRANTY. So the reviews that state the handles are flimsy seem to have tossed out that piece of paper that was included in the bag. I don't happen to agree with the premise that they are flimsy. They seem like normal suitcase handles no better, no worse. The suitcase we were told was designed for a recreational traveler, 3-5 uses a year. I hope this helps you in your quest for a new suitcase.

You probably would not buy this suitcase if it wasn't so darn cute. Compared to my more standard suitcases, it is a bit thinner, a bit fewer interior features for storing stuff in compartments, and overall just not as sturdy. But. Nothing says 'woo hoo I am going on vacation' like this suitcase does. And the quality is sufficient to hold up to Airline handling. So yes, I rate it a 4 on quality, but I love it and would buy it again. I just enjoy using it so much.

The size of it was perfect for carry on and is holding up very well after my flights. Fits a good amount of clothes and shoes in it. Love that has several pouches to separate your shoes and toiletries.
