Perfect size! Used it to attend the Olympics in France. Packed 10 days of clothing & shoes with little effort. It’s expandable offering flexibility. It’s sturdy & I love the color!

I cannot recommend this case. I had a Delsey for many, many years and loved it. In fact, I bought one for everyone in my family. Then, my Delsey broke, no fault of Delesey, the airline ripped off a wheel. Naturally, I bought a new one and this new one is not good.1. It does not have a handle on the side which is a huge no-no for carry-ons, as you have to lift it into the overhead bin but have nothing to grab on to.2. It does not have a zipper pocket inside like my old one, which I used so much.I was willing to overlook all that BUT after using it twice for a short trip, the inside zipper broke. Unacceptable! Everything spills out now when I try to close it, it is no longer usable. It happened right after the 30 day return period with Amazon was up. So I am stuck with a carry-on that I cannot use!I have contacted their warranty department several times. No response. Deeply disappointed. Do not buy!

I ordered this in what appeared to be a dark gray. When it finally arrived, it is more of a silver with a lavender undertone. I don't mind the color but I think the rose gold zipper pulls and handles look a little cheap. I bought this set to replace my largest Coolife set that I bought at the end of 2021. On a recent trip to Iceland, the zipper on my largest case broke. Fortunately I had packed a luggage strap as an afterthought or I would have been in big trouble! So, a new set was in order because I could no longer trust the other 2 Coolife pieces. Delsey has a good reputation and these looked elegant with a sale price I couldn't ignore. I haven't used them yet but I plan on taking them on a 2 week European cruise in July. Here's hoping that they will hold up through all the airports and cruise line staff throwing them around. I will update once I have used them.UPDATE: Just got back from a week in NYC. The luggage performed beautifully. Of course the airline scratched them all over! Thinking about getting some of those covers to protect them since we have international travel coming up. I got a little chuffed when a group of ladies at LaGuardia commented that my bag looked so elegant!

I love how well it's made. Light weight & the wheels are very smooth & nimble. Will say the Customer Service dept for Delsey is less than helpful if you forget the passcode to the lock. You won't be able to get it open unless you buy the TSA Key that they have here available on Amazon. I bought the TSA key & it opens the locks BUT it WILL NOT RESET THE CODES. You must find a capable Luggage Repairman to reset it (good luck finding one. It was sheer luck I had one in the neighborhood. Only charged me $20 to fiddle with it overnight). SO buyer beware with the lock. Keep the code committed to memory or a note pad on phone etc. You can lock it back with the physical key & forgo the code altogether. Where there's a will, there's a way. But customer service pretty much told me 'good luck & if you need us to send you a new lock, we can after you fill out a form". But that's an extra fee with the Luggage Repairman to do that too. Just use the key to get in & out of the bag. If you have a bad memory, just buy the TSA Key. But do it softly & carefully. The keys are thin.
