Ich habe die Amazon Essentials Knöchelsocken für Kinder (10 Paar) für mein Kind geholt, weil wir für Kita/Schule einfach einen soliden Vorrat an Alltagssocken brauchen. Wir haben sie in Schwarz genommen und die Größe hat bei uns gut gepasst - sie sitzen angenehm am Fuß, rutschen nicht ständig runter und schneiden oben auch nicht unangenehm ein. Besonders praktisch finde ich die Polsterung an der Fußsohle: Das macht die Socken etwas "wertiger" und mein Kind trägt sie auch in Sneakern gern, ohne dass gleich gemeckert wird.Das Material fühlt sich nach Baumwolle an, ist schön weich und gleichzeitig ein bisschen elastisch, sodass die Socken ihre Form behalten. Nach mehreren Waschgängen (ganz normal in der Maschine, danach in den Trockner auf niedriger Stufe) sind sie bei uns bislang weder stark eingelaufen noch ausgeleiert. Für den Alltag - Schule, Sport, draußen spielen - funktionieren sie einfach zuverlässig.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Bei schwarzen Socken sieht man Fussel natürlich schneller, und nach dem Trocknen muss man einmal kurz ausschütteln bzw. sortieren. Außerdem wäre es praktisch, wenn die Paare irgendwie leichter zu unterscheiden wären, weil bei 10 gleichen Paaren das Sortieren manchmal nervt.Insgesamt aber ein gutes Set für den Alltag: bequem, robust genug und vom Preis her fair, wenn man viele Socken braucht.

I especially like that the socks have some cushioning on the bottom—it adds extra comfort and protects their feet when they play outside. The fit is true to size, and the socks hold their shape well after multiple washes. They don’t shrink or get stretched out, which is a big plus because my kids are pretty active. Wie der Titel schon sagt, die Socken fallen leider etwas groß aus. Wir müssen sie wohl noch ein Jahr oder zwei weglegen bis Junior reinpasst :). Also eher ab 6 Jahren oder so für unser Empfinden.Die Verarbeitung der Socken ist dafür aber ziemlich gut. Kaum Fusseln und der Sohlenbereich bietet etwas dickeren Stoff. Das ist deutlich fühlbar. Es gibt keine losen Fäden oder ahnliches.Die Socken schließen gut am Knöchel ab und rutschen auch nicht (Mit einem anderen Kind getestet 😉).Die erste Wäsche haben sie ebenfalls gut überstanden. Wie sie sich auf lange Sicht schlagen wird sich noch zeigen. Sollte sich hier etwas ergeben (wahrscheinlich erst sehr spät, siehe oben) aktualisiere ich die Bewertung.

The Amazon Essentials Unisex Kids' Ankle Socks are nice quality socks that appear to be made well. The stitching is flat & not so bulky that it causes blisters. They are thick & cushiony. The material is soft. Very comfortable. The colors can work for boys or girls. They're also great for making dirt less conspicuous since it doesn't show as easily like it would on purely white socks. This is always a good thing when it comes to kids' socks!I like that they are made of cotton. It's much more breathable and healthy for your feet. The elastic around the ankles is softly snug, not too tight.What I didn't like is that these socks run very big. I ordered size large (8-12 years) for a 9 year old. The socks that I received are bigger than the socks that I buy for myself (women size 8). In fact, these socks would be a great fit for an adult. They do not look like kids socks.At $12.40, this is a pretty good value for the money as long as you keep the sizing discrepancy in mind when you order.

schöne und bequeme Socken in guter Passform!

Die Socken in Größe Large (8-12 Jahre) passen unserem 9-jährigen Sohn perfekt.Der Junior fand die Socken bereits beim anprobieren sehr bequem und zieht diese seitdem auch bevorzugt an. Die Socken sind weder zu dünn noch zu dick. Somit auch für die aktuell etwas kältere Jahreszeit perfekt.Die Socken wurden bereits mehrfach bei 60 Grad gewaschen und durchlebten anschließend immer eine Fahrt im Wäschetrockner. Hierbei zeichnete sich bislang keinerlei Verformung ab und die Socken passen nach wie vor wunderbar. Auch farblich ist trotz der mehrfachen Waschgänge bislang kein unterschied zu verzeichnen.Im 10er Pack finde ich das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis absolut in Ordnung.Die Socken werden gut verpackt und zügig geliefert; wie von Amazon gewohnt!

Why are my kids always losing half a pair of socks? I truly don’t understand it but have developed a solution: only buy sets of completely matching socks. When I saw this Amazon Essentials 10-pack of all black with grey toe and ankle socks that completely matched each other, I grabbed them enthusiastically in a size 8-12 for my 10 year old. These socks are great! They are an ankle cut in a nice cotton blend material with a thick padded foot bed for extra comfort. They look nice and fit his size 2 feet great! They are a nice quality sock that wash and dry well, are durable and made to last. They don’t seem to stretch out at all and are a great deal at $12.40. My son says they’re really comfortable and don’t slip down and that’s most important!
