The product description for this laptop is incorrect. It says that 64 GB of RAM are installed but what was delivered only had 16GB. Also, no stylus was included. I returned this.

I have had this 2-in-1 for over a month now. Generally, it is a nice machine. Zippy and capable. The 16" screen makes for easy viewing and has sharp text and images. And, the improvements (2 TB SSD and 64 GB RAM) that Issaquah Highlands Tech made have been quite nice. No complaints about IHT.So, why not five stars? Because this machine has a few weak points and they may be deal killers for some considering the purchase.Minor issue: I very much like the 3840x2400 screen resolution. Very nice for side-by-side documents. But, be aware that you will not find an external monitor that supports that resolution natively, if that's the plan. Monitor makers are only catering to the 3480x2160 market at this tier. Not a big deal, but be aware that your desktop will be a little different and scaling may need some tweaking between your on-the-go and office setups.Related but worse: Connecting to a monitor while the laptop is on can be hit or miss. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes the system gets sluggish and unstable, requiring a reboot.A big issue is that this is a 2-in-1, but the stylus (it doesn't matter which stylus) will disconnect at times when using it in tablet mode and not quickly come back without opening the Device Manager or rebooting. If one actually uses this machine for work (and it's $1700, so people aren't buying it to watch cat videos) to take handwritten notes, sketch ideas, or mark up documents at meetings, this can be a real problem as there are times when it is impractical or unprofessional to interrupt your presentation or Zoom meeting and twiddle with your gadgets like some newb. One buys a nice 2-in-1 to have that tablet functionality with the power of an actual PC. This problem undermines that functionality. I would say that people thinking this might be a good note-taking device should be prepared for disappointment.The graphics card is okay, but just okay. It can be stuttery if you game on it.BTW, the 2 USB-C, 2 USB-A 3.x, and full-size HDMI are all great and work well. Similarly, aside from the stylus issue, the bluetooth is great. Easy to connect my BT keyboard and mouse at home and at work.

I got this computer after having one (different brand) that wouldn't hold battery charge. I am so glad I purchased this laptop! It has SPEED and the charge holds perfectly all day. I use it for multiple students I work with throughout the school day, and I have multiple programs going at the same time. It doesn't slow down, it doesn't get hot, and it's quiet. It has a crisp beautiful picture, and connects to Wi-Fi in a flash. If you are wondering about a laptop, I seriously recommend this one! It's the best purchase I've made in a long time!

Excellent computer, however the company that currently runs the advertising for this product, I’ve had problems with. The rechargeable pen that they talk about is not a Dell product, but a cheap HP. This is not disclosed in there ad. I recommend that once you purchase this computer that you then purchase the rechargeable Dell pen that is made for use with this computer. This is why my rating is lower, due to the miss leading advertising buy the company not disclosing this fact. The HP pen doesn’t hold its charge as long and is a product from 2018. The computer is a touch screen and works well, but better with the right pen. Because they are a third party seller Amazon doesn’t do much for you to resolve this issue.
