It came in perfect shape and had all the parts that were stated. Also it does come with Windows 11! I can play all my steam games easily. Nice Pre built for the price

Everything boots up and runs fine. Would be able to run most games if that is what you would want to use it for. 5600g is a decent processor where most people will not see any type of issue with when it comes to speed and is convenient that it has integrated graphics so a gpu is not necessary for the build. Storage is a bit limiting depending on what you would like to use it for but always upgradable in the future. Bought for my wife added an old 1070 to it and a different power supply I had lying around and it runs her sims amazing and any other games she likes to play. Overall with prices of parts nowadays this is a great introduction budget pc if you are interested in gaming but would recommend upgrading parts in the future if it is something you are wanting to enjoy gaming on long term. When purchased the cpu cooler has a bit of a lean to it. I checked screws and everything is screwed down nicely so I just came to the conclusion that the cooler was just bent a little but does not affect performance at all and cpu stays cool with the amount of airflow and room in case. Also the rgb lights on the fans are very cool. (Keep in mind graphics card in photo is not included in the pc)

I've had this computer set up and my favorite production software installed for a couple weeks now. It's connected to three monitors (still another port available for a fourth if I want) and it's performing quite well. It was easy to set up with plenty of ports for USB, microphone, web cam, wireless keyboard/mouse and still have ports left over. This isn't a super expensive gaming system, but it's capable of handling everything I need for my business and some recreational gaming if I want. The graphics card is good for someone who isn't looking to scrutinize every pixel. Great value per dollar spent. This was recommended by my local computer repair and maintenance guy who said he bought one for his own family. If it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me. So far, so good!

This pc is amazing for Minecraft, battle front 2 and many steam games. I ran 750 fps on Minecraft. I love the rgb lights and it’s a great first pc. Very speedy in loading games. Great, very worth it to buy! The WiFi is pretty good too! It comes with windows 11.

The media could not be loaded. This is a scam and Amazon should be ashamed for promoting this seller. This will be the 2nd PC I will be returning. As a single mother I saved and financed to buy this pc for my son Xmas gift , if anyone is aware when you finance you pay interest, I will be out $300, and this missed opportunity of a Black Friday deal because I chose this scam. He and his father are computer wizards so when it started throwing codes out of the box I contacted Amazon then contacted seller and by sheer grace I was issued a replacement, when the replacement came it did the same error codes, shutting off, this product is defective. Upon investigation with a Side by side ( 1st PC vs 2nd PC ) the second computer didn’t even have the same graphic card and different parts ! This is why I say SCAM. Amazon did promise a refund of their original price but prices have gone up, I will lose the $300 finance fee I paid, and my kid is out of his Christmas present. Save yourself and do not buy this ! It is nothing but broken hearts and error codes for an expensive computer .

The build quality was pretty good, Pretty easy to just pull out of the box and go.Lets get into the nitty gritty. Micro-ATX board so if expanding can be a pain in the future if you plan on upgrading/expanding (I already added a 2TB Sata SSD and it was quite the pain with where the GPU support bracket is).The mother board appears to be something along the lines of the Prime A620M I was using the h610's manual (intel CPU motherboard) to locate the Sata ports.The LED's are NOT controllable via an app BUT you can use a button on the top of the case (its a reset button next to the power button) to alternate their settings.They function extremely well and have a lot of options to choose from so I am not disappointed there.overall the noise level and performance are extremely good compared to the older PC set up we had, the value is 10/10 for the money in my opinion but would absolutely budget out for a 4+ TB Sata SSD since 1TB equals about 3 games these days.Extremely happy and will edit later if any heat issues or broken parts come up.Also both left and right side panels remove, the cable management is cramped back there but they do have some sata power cords in there just need to separate the bundles from the zip ties.
