PC Nation did a good job with post-sales communications and the APC UPS delivered was as advertised. PC Nation did not disclose limitations to their free shipping on the Amazon product page though. The UPS delivered had a134 pound shipping weight, was delivered by an 18 wheel truck, and PC Nation required the purchaser to unload the 134 pound UPS from the back of the 18 wheel truck. They did identify this issue in their post sales communications. The shipper happened to be Estes and their communications for delivery were excellent. The driver was also nice enough to lower the UPS to the ground using a hydraulic lift on the truck. This was a pleasant surprise. If you are ordering something with a shipping weight of 50 pounds or more, you may want to coordinate with PC Nation to identify undocumented conditions associated with their free shipping.

Purchased to replace three other smaller APC ups's. Each one was able to deliver less than an hour of run time.This beast will run all of my equipment I want to protect with battery backup for two and a half hours with both computers on, and dual monitors on. It powers two computers, dual monitor setup, cable modem, router, 24 port PoE switch (which powers 3 access points and two other smaller switches). I have it connected to USB on one computer to monitor the status, and shut down the secondary computer remotely then the primary shortly after during an extended outage. Not using PowerChute Business Edition, using APC UPSD with HomeSeer 3 Professional. With my connected load at full, both computers on with twin monitors, I have an estimated 2 hour 30 minute runtime, using about 17% of the maximum load on the UPS.I also enabled APC SmartConnect to enable the cloud based features.It did not arrive at guaranteed time, but It's not Amazon's fault....UPS held it for 8 days at a transit halfway point before delivering it a week late.

I thought getting this at a discount rate would be fine but it's been a few months and it stopped working. Critical failure. Plus it was shipped poorly and arrived dented.

This ups backup is huge. Way underestimated the size from the photos but that size comes with all the power you need. I use it to run commercial SLS 3d printers. Handles them perfectly and runs them for a few hours during a power outage. These machines are VERY picky with the wavelength they like to take and I was having issues with my prints failing due to interference. This ups cleans those waves right up and have not had an issue since. Only problem I had was during setup it wouldn’t output power until I few it internet for registration. After that didnt need to be connected constantly.

The products themselves are great. I've used APC (Schneider) products for years and have never had any issues with them. If sized correctly, APC products should not give you any issues.Unfortunately, there was an issue where the products were damaged in shipping. Thankfully, the customer service went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Would definitely purchase again if/when needed.
