Second pair of these I purchase in the past 4-5 years. These are a great, easily adjustable, and discreet belt. I don't really tuck in my shirt so they aren't often visible, but they do look decently sleek. Best of all they are good quality. My last pair lasted me only a few years before the lever broke, but they were used daily. For the price, fantastic belts.

Two belts for twenty bucks. That is about the price of a fast-food order, except these actually last longer and do not make me feel regret after ten minutes.That being said...double check your size...I ordered a small by mistake. I am not a small. I am barely a large. More like a large trying to pass as one and fooling nobody.When I forced this belt around me, I could feel it questioning its life choices as i questioned mine. It clicked shut, but not happily. It locked in like it was filing a complaint with HR.Still, it held. No fraying, no snapping, no bending or exploding when i bent over. For twenty bucks, I got two belts that apparently double as medical-grade compression devices. It only came to my attention i ordered a small as i am writing this review and looked at my purchase history...This is nothing against the belt...it continues to do its job...and i continue to squeeze into because i am stubborn.If the small can survive me, the large could probably hold a submarine hatch closed. Just order them.

Repeated purchase for better belt design

This belt is neater than normal belt, since the excess belt is hidden underneath the belt.Ratchet also works perfectly, never encountered it slipping.And since ratchet has no predetermined hole position, it's easily adjustable.Also, since it's without hole, there's no risk of hole becoming stretched or shifted due to wear.A better belt design, imho.

Decent belt, but it rides to high off of your waist. The housing that allows the belt to slide through is too high. Other belts have a slimmer housing to allow the belt to pass through and allows for a more snug fit.

This ratchet belts are of good quality and style. I like the way they look and feel. My only complaint is the ratchet release button. Sometimes the release button is difficult to press when attempting to release the belt. It only does it at random times, but has not become an issue, yet.

Good weight, heavy nylon cord material, sturdy buckle looks and works nicely. These belts are very durable, infinitely adjustable, and look like they will last a very long time.

I got the black and brown belts. They work great, feel really sturdy and high quality. I expect them to last a long time. I love the ratchet system, and the fact that you can tighten or loosen at any point on the belt. I had a leather ratchet belt before which only had a small section of 3"-4" with the teeth to be used on the ratchet. Not with this belt. Because of the webbed design of this belt, you can set lock the ratchet at any location on this belt. I wear 34" waist jeans, so I ordered the small (30"-36" waist). The tail reaches just above my left front pocket, which is great to me.Also, love the fact that the tail is on the inside of the belt. I've always disliked the dangling tail hanging on the outside. I read somewhere that it's difficult to grab the tail from inside the belt to tighten the belt. There's no need to do that. Because the belt is stiff and sturdy, you can just push or pull from the buckle area to tighten or loosen the belt.The attached picture is the brown belt.Overall, these belts are great. I highly recommend these.
