Decent watch for kids. My young son has had other simple watches and the common frustration is too many buttons and too much info on the screen. This only has 2 buttons and only displays one info field at a time on the screen. The numbers are very large and bold with high contrast, really easy to tell what time it is at a glance in a variety of areas. The downside is that the buttons aren't clearly labeled and the process to access things like the stopwatch or alarms aren't super intuitive without practice. My kid probably won't ever remember which button to hold for how long, but it's ok, he just want's to know what time it is. I like that it's waterproof and rechargeable.

I got this for my 8yo daughter and it’s a pretty nice watch! I’m pleasantly surprised with it. Do make sure to thoroughly read the instructions when setting it up. Preferably when your child is NOT in the room asking you a million questions, while you’re trying to figure out how many clicks of the buttons get you to the time setting or date setting display. 🥴 It was a little confusing at first, figuring out how long you hold a button down to get the setting display to come up, and then clicking for each new part to set. But we got through it. I think the pedometer is working correctly. My daughter has extreme ADHD though and never sits still longer than a second, so her readings are probably going to be higher than normal, LOL. The battery seems to be holding well. My daughter charged it tonight and it last charged 5 days ago. She said it was down to 10% tonight which is why she charged it, but I don’t think she was looking at the correct display. So that may be inaccurate. I believe it’s supposed to hold a charge for 10 days at a time. The band is nice and soft, doesn’t cut her arm or is uncomfortable. Easy for her to take on and off herself. So far we are pleased with it!

UPDATE: After testing it out I had to take off 1 star. My 12 year old and I took a walk together - she had this watch on and I had my Apple Watch on. This watch was off quite a bit - distance was 0.86 miles per the Apple Watch vs. 1.4 miles per this watch. Quite a large error. I only took off one star because you really can’t expect much from a $15 watch. And overall, my daughter just wanted something to help her start her health journey with giving a general idea of steps, etc. So it will work for now until she’s looking for more accuracy.Original review:Look and fit: Fits 12 year old wrist just fine, even fits my adult wrist (in pic). Looks nice with just the right size face and sleek/simple design.Durability: rubber band is thin and doesn’t feel super secure. I think the wristband would break with a hard yank. But I’d said it’s the right amount of durability for the $15 price point so can’t complain.Functionality: directions were easy enough to follow for me. This is a great tracker watch for a kiddo. It's clean lines and the digital interface is easy for a kiddo to read. It's fit is really large for a small kid, so best for older kids. I'm also not sure it's super accurate on tracking steps for the little legs.
