These were a huge hit at Christmas time. They are very good quality and definitely can withstand life with my 17 year old. After just a few minutes with these things, I could feel my ab muscles tiring. I didn't even realize how much of a whole-body workout these things would give me, but they are definitely worth the purchase.

I got these for my husband. He loved doing the ropes in physical therapy. He is a double amputee in a wheelchair and will use these as part of his workout routine. They are heavy so use caution.

They work as 'counter weights' but not really like jump rope. Not that you need that 'perfect' feel anyways...all in all these do work as intended. They help build cardio as you move around and exercise.

These lightweight "ropes" offer just the right amount of resistance without too much impact. I am recovering from a shoulder injury and these allowed me to have my first real workout in years, without pain or re-injury. They are very compact and much lighter than actual rope. Great for beginners or serious athletes, as you control the amount of resistance.

I had rotator cuff/bicep repair surgery last year and it left my right arm in a weakened state with poor grip strength. My PT recommended using battle ropes, but I'm not a go to the gym type of person. These are a great alternative to battle ropes. Definitely gives your arms a workout! I'm having to use them with my arms lower right now, but hopefully can work my way up to a full range workout. Handy wrist strap keeps them from flying across the room if I lose grip on them too.

I used to have a battle rope and I loved it, the only problem I had was that I had to use it outside and I had to find a post to wrap the rope. I live in Chicago so I can’t workout outside in the cold (i could but I prefer not to)This product is highly recommended. At first, I thought it was too light for me but I was wrong 😑. After a few minutes, I was surprised to feel that my arms, core, shoulders was feeling the effects.Shipping was fast and was packed nicely. Can’t wait to see my summer body 😎
