My old remote for the Fios cable box was starting to have issues. This replacement works great! It paired very easily with the existing cable box and has been working fine with no issues. I'm glad this was available and came so quickly. It looks nearly identical to the old remote and feels almost the same. One small difference is the texture on the volume buttons, the old one had a raised portion and the replacement does not, but this in no way affects performance and doesn't bother me at all.
