I was really annoyed with the constant price hikes and hidden fees with direct tv, id sign up for around 100 bucks and before you knew it i'd be paying over 200 and month for basic tv that we barely had time to watch. I spent years afraid to buy one of these because I live in the bottom of a valley 30 miles away from any stoplights in the middle of nowhere Kansas. I finally decided to try it and I am VERY impressed. I get around 30 channels, I'm currently watching the Chiefs play preseason football for FREE! I get local news out of Topeka and Kansas City, I get world news, gunsmoke, and so many shopping channels. I'm going to get another one for sure and have already recommended to friends who are also tired of overspending for something that they rarely use. Thank You!

"I have a central home network cabinet set in the very middle of the house so no nearby window but this still worked perfectly. Placed the antenna on a shelf and didn’t really think about the direction it was pointing but maybe I got lucky and pointed it towards the tower. Took about five minutes to setup and that was only because I connected all of the rooms at the same time. Programmed the TV and done. Picked up over fifty channels and with great reception.With this one I get 5 bars on all the local channels and I get the picture in 1080i so I'm more than satisfied with NFL starting in 10 days. Also, it shipped faster than it was supposed to get here. A++++ from me!"

This product made my day!!! Not exaggerating at all. I own a 65" LG OLED and recently discovered it has a slipt screen option... (remember picture in a picture?) It just required another source input. ie. After 2 days for shipping and 2 minutes toSet the TV for auto-channel search... and in about 2-3 minutes I gained 146 free channels!!! I'm not kidding. Way more than I could dream of. Most are sub-channels, (11-3, 12-4, 45-5...etc) Didn't care.... All came in perfectly clear... (some took a second to load, No big... Took seconds) But the sound and clarity were great and near perfect! I am ordering another for my cable-less bedroom. I highly recommend this product... Also, I live about 50 miles from Los Angeles, towards San Bernardino. Had to share my good fortune. Hope this helps others. So many choices I might cut my cable wires! LOL

"Well I finally got around to cutting the cable cord (should have done it long ago) and purchased the HD over the air antenna. My hold up was I had no experience with digital HD antennas and was in no hurry to create a mess. Once I unpacked the antenna I was pleasantly surprised how simple it was to set up. Plug in the power cable, plug in the HDMI cable and hang the antenna in the window. Took me less than 5 minutes to complete and the longest part of the entire process was figuring out how to get me Samsung TV to scan for new over the air channels since it’s not a option I used with cable. Once I figured out how to auto scan for additional over the air channels I was able to pick up 56 channels in the local area. Keep in mind you could get more or less channels depending where you live and where the antenna is mounted. The unit performed so well that I’m ordering a 2nd antenna for the other TV in the house.This is 1 of the best investments I have made in a long time. Yearly cable cost plus equipment monthly fees exceeded $1,800+ per year and now I only paid a 1 time fee of $30.00 for the antenna plus a few streaming apps which is more than enough for our TV needs."

"We recently decided to cut the cord with cable and just live the streaming life. For the most part we are happy, but there are still times when having access to some live channels is just nice. This seemed like the best way to achieve this without having to spend a lot of money.Was surprised at how simple this device was when we received it. My Samsung TV was a little difficult to get the 'Scan for Channels' setting to not be grayed out, but that's NOT the fault of this antenna but Samsung just being difficult. So once I figured that out, I flipped the switch on the antenna so the LED was green and did the scan. It found 49 channels. I switched it to yellow and did the scan again and got 46 channels. So like I said, I don't know which is which (high gain/low gain) but obviously 49 is greater than 46 so I went back to green and scanned to get all 49 channels. And that was it!My TV has a channel guide showing what is on what channel just like cable TV does, so that is a super easy bonus to this. And when it says it found 49 channels, that is just the station itself. Then each one had anywhere from 1 to 6 different sub-channels with different programming on each one. So it was a lot more to watch than expected. SUPER happy with this purchase especially for the low price. I pretty much got all of the cable channels I used to watch for almost free. Kicking myself for not making this change sooner. Will probably get a few more of these for other TVs in the house now."

"I highly recommend the antenna and give it 5 stars. I should have purchased this antenna years ago.This old Roku Smart TV (720p) is not connected to my satellite dish, so I depend on over the air stations and available apps. I ordered a new 4K TV and decided to upgrade the antenna as well. After reviewing some of the antennas on Amazon I came across this one. I ordered this and it was delivered the next day ahead of the new TV. I decided to test the antenna with the older TV using the short range (< 35 miles) setting.After connecting this antenna to my old TV (very easy installation) I held the antennas against the top of a window an ran a scan, I was totally amazed when the antenna found 69 channels. I put the antenna in back of the TV and tested each of the channels. They were all coming in strong. with the exception of 2 channels. I went back and held the antenna against the top of the window and both channels worked fine. I can't wait to try this out on the new 4K TV where the picture should improve dramatically. I'll test the antenna in different locations along with the long range setting to see if I can increase the number of channels."
