I had high hopes for the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer II 360 A-RGB, especially at a premium price point of nearly $200 but the quality of the product has been deeply disappointing.Within just two months of use, the LED on one side broke. It now stays on even when the PC is shut down and won’t change colors as intended. For a product this expensive, such quick failure is unacceptable.What makes this even more frustrating is the amount of effort required to address the issue. Since this is a liquid-cooled system, replacing the unit means draining and refilling the coolant, which is time-consuming and costly. It's an inconvenience that adds to the frustration of owning this cooler.I’m currently in the process of working with customer service to see if a replacement is possible. While I appreciate the cooler’s performance and aesthetic (when it was fully functional), the hassle of maintenance and the short lifespan of the LED have left me disappointed.I will update this review once I see how the customer support is.
