I was not sure what these are used for, but I was interested in trying them out, in particular for exercise. Not expecting anything too overt I gave it a light whiff after opening, before adding water, and BAM, I literally fell down. This stuff is no joke, be very careful about not putting it too close to your nose when sniffing. It felt like I got punched in the sinuses.
