These sports bras have changed my life. Well, it might not actually be that serious but they are incredible. If you're a member of the IBTC, you've officially found the secret to cleavage. I'm a 36A/34B on a good day, 5'7 and 133 lbs and the Small is perfect. I can't speak on the bra being high impact because there's not a lot to hold down in my case but I find them to be very comfortable and not needing constant adjusting. My girls don't pop out. I've purchased 3 and have actually replaced my regular daily bra with them. They look great under normal clothes and the seam in the cup doesn't look weird under light colored shirts. These bras are soft (but not too soft where they pill easily) and the inserts stay in place during washing (a true miracle). If there was a fan club for this bra, I'd be campaigning for President.

Honestly the best sports bra I’ve ever had! It’s a snug fit but honestly I like that! I feel supported, and I feel like a lot of sports bras are really tight on the shoulders. I did not have that issue here! It’s also so flattering, it really accentuates my cleavage while holding everything in place! I’ve washed and dried it quite a few times and haven’t noticed any shrinkage, only thing is that the cup padding does sort of fold in the washer.

For reference I am 5'0, 106 lbs, and wear a 32 B bra size. I purchased a size small and it fit me perfectly. It is not adjustable so make sure you purchase the correct size. It definitely fits well for petite woman which I normally have a difficult time finding lightly padded sports bras that fit properly. I love that it's low cut in the front and back so I mostly use it for going out dancing under my dresses. There's no gapping and fits securely without choking the life out of me like most xs sports bras that I've purchased in the past. Whenever i go up a size the cup size is too large. The best part about it is the fact the pads don't move around after you wash it. I swear i've wasted days of my life trying to reshape the removable bra pads in wireless bras. Now if you're larger than a B, I would caution the security of the ladies so no downward dog for those well endowed. So far pretty durable after a year of usage so I probably buy a few for my teen daughter who gets overheated when wearing a sports bra with too much fabric.

Let’s talk about how soft and comfortable this bra is! It’s buttery smooth with just enough support. I am a 36 D cup and would say it offers medium support. Definitely not intended for high impact workouts if you are larger chested. It fits beautifully. I got a size Large and that fits perfect for a D cup or a 38C. You cannot adjust the straps at all but they seem to fit perfectly and they do not dig into your shoulders. I would recommend this bra! I bought it in 2 color ways.

The quality of the fabric is great. The padding is firm and holds its shape. My only qualm would be that the straps can’t be adjusted and are a little too long. The girls don’t get any lift so the padding folds kind of weird because of it. It’s not a bad bra but I wouldn’t be working out in it. It’s more of a wear around the house and run errands kind of bra. For reference, I am a 30 C
