I think these bike liners run a little small. Ordered a large based on my measurements and what the size chart indicated. I returned them and order one size up. Great padding. I ride for at least two hours and these bike liners work well.

Love these padded bicycle shorts. They fit perfectly and I can ride now without getting sore. Also the shipment came early which made my day as I was going riding the next day.

Best chamois I've had in a few decades of biking. I can ride 6+ hours in comfort. I settled on a size small - I'm 5'5" 112 lbs. The gel is key. The fabric is stretchy. Things I would improve: Because I use these as liner shorts, I'd love if the material were lighter and more breathable. The material is light, I just think it could be even lighter. It gets soooo sweaty. Also, I wish the waist were just a teensy bit higher so it's at my belly button instead of below it.I decided to try cutting the legs off to see if I could make it less hot on a summer day, and that really helped. So I basically turned it into chamois underwear. We'll see how that holds up.

For the win! I rode horses 4 to 6 hours a day for 6 days in these. I was one of the only people in the group that didn't have any sores and was comfortable at the end of the day. They worked very well and I was very pleased. They were never uncomfortable and the legs never rode up. You couldn't see them under my riding pants. The fabric is slightly see through and textured. Dries very quickly.

I ordered my size according to the measurements given. I'm 5'7 135 lbs. Ordered a medium. Way too small. They came down so low. Tight on the legs. I returned them and ordered an XL. Much better. I could have possibly gotten away with a Large but wasn't taking any chances when reordering. I guess it all depends on how you like them to fit as to what size to order.
