I bought this product because my esthetician recommended the line to help with hair thinning due to stress and age. I couldn’t buy the kit including shampoo & conditioner because based on the reviews, I’m wondering if the product was tampered with. So I ordered this. So far, I haven’t used it. The bottle is tiny for the price. When I took it out of the Amazon box, it felt bottom-heavy, and the pump was deployed like it had already been used. So I sat the bottle upright for 3 days. This bottle is 75% full. I’m pretty disappointed for the price. The following day, I received a different product from amazon that was used and not fully functional, which I am returning. I’m going to keep this, try it, and will update this review. Hopeful the product inside the bottle is legitimate.

I purchased the Awaken Mask treatment with high hopes for help with my thinning hair on the advice of a great hairdresser in California. (It worked for her) I read the reviews beforehand, saw a bunch of good ones, a few ehh ones and 1 or 2 ones that should have raised a red flag. I bought this to HELP my hair loss, not make my embarrassing & heartbreaking situation Worse! The very first time, this is what i found in the bottom of my tub,,way, way more than My 'normal' loss. Given it was the first time using it, i very hesitantly waited a week and tried again, even leaving it on a shorter period of time, the second picture is the result. Now, this was just my experience, others may experience different results but buyer beware, another insult in injury, it is NOT refundable and was a bit pricey. I am EXTREMELY disappointed & i must say, annoyed that this company does not stand by their product enough to refund unhappy customers who are already suffering at the painful loss of our locks. Not refundable! I got an allergic reaction. My face was red, irritated and my skin was stinging. I use Surface curls without a problem but Awaken 1st time and never again. Scent not as pleasant as Curls more like a non menthol head and shoulders.

Love the way this stuff feels! It literally cools your scalp! It leaves my hair feeling soft, and less like damaged from bleaching it so often.

So I bought thus product at my stylist , and found it for the same price here.I've tried it for 3 solid months.My hair actually falls out at an alarming rate when I use and I'm not seeing regrowth it touts.When using another shampoo, I see less hair loss.
