I have only just started using this spray daily as it just arrived. The spray is soothing to the throat and the taste is fine. I can't say at this point if it has helped my immune system and only time will tell thus the reason for a 4-star rating. Natural ingredients keeps me using it for now.

I originally got a single from a big box store when my son was sick. He ALWAYS has a sore throat issue and hates certain flavors, shocker. It worked pretty well on him and I started to try it out. Since then I exclusively buy it here due to price and availability.The flavor is similar but different to honey. It isn’t “sweet” more…neutral perhaps. Not icky or weird really. Hard to describe.I work in an extremely dirty environment where you always get sick and are exposed to all sorts of nasties and hell. This does the trick for me. Since using it I have not had a sore throat and when I feel a little under the weather I spray this for a few days and back to normal.One more item for my sick kids/feeling under the weather toolbox.
