UGH, Maybe I didn't look at this too carefully before I ordered, but I've had quite a few creatine chews in the past, so i was expecting something chewy... like a gummy, or a starburst or something. This however is more like a chewable which is totally different. I never liked my flintstone vitamins as a kid, and i don't like these either. That's not to say these are 'bad'... i mean quite honestly, these are probably more effective than a traditional chew because this is effectively compressed and flavored powders (and i've heard many creatine chews aren't effective at all). That being said, I am not going to be able to stomach 4 chewable tablets for a given serving. The flavor isn't horrible and if I cared more about my creatine intake, I'd take thes, but I take creatine gummies to make taking creatine more fun, and these aren't fun. These I could see as being a really useful way to travel with creatine if you don't want to lug around powder. Not for me, Not what I was expecting, but probably fine for someone.

I don’t know why I was expecting these to be Gummies. I guess I just saw the word “chews“ and thought “chewy”.Plus and know that there are numerous creatine gummy options around, and I’ve tried several of them, so I was kind of expecting that. So when I opened them and saw that they were actually tablets that you chew, I was a little surprised. But I actually really like them.They have like maybe the consistency of something like a Tums, you know a little bit chalky, but you’re talking about a compressed creatine powder so I would think that would be expected. Though I would say that they’re not as chalky as something like tums. But it is a dry tablet. I broke one apart with my fingers and included a pic so you could get a better idea of the consistency.I got the lemon lime, and I actually really liked the flavor. As you get to the end of chewing it, it’s got that sour taste that kind of hits you in the jaw. If you like sour, you would probably like it. It isn’t like eating a piece of candy but it’s not bad. Good ingredients, sugar free, and I feel a bit more confident that this actually contains creatine compared to some of the gummies that I’ve tried.The company seems very transparent. There is a QR code. You can go to the site and read more about the product. Overall, I can’t find anything that I dislike about these. They are a bit pricey, and they wouldn’t be my first choice for creatine, it’s super easy for me to just throw a scoop of creatine powder in my coffee or in a smoothie or something but in a pinch if I need to grab something to pop in my mouth as I head out the door, then these are really good option for that.If it wasn’t for the price I’d give it 5 stars.

No changes in strength, no boost in energy, and nothing in terms of recovery or pain relief.
