I got to the gym regularly, and was consuming some version of a protein drink afterwards. I never saw or felt any results from them so I stopped. But I know I dont drink enough water, so I got this as a sort of post-workout drink.I will say I feel more alert each day when I take this as opposed to days when I do not.The biggest benefit I get from taking this is this: My dreams have been SUPER DETAILED. Like, an insane amount of high level detail i have never known before! I remember my dreams for longer afterwards, but as always don't tell others your dreams - they're boring! But wow- now I KNOW I am sleeping well when I wake up and remember these movie-like high-def dreams. It's insane!The taste is ok - a little too cotton-candy for me, but that's ok. I'm trying the other flavors next.

I've been using Xtend BCAAs for about two years now, and they've consistently proven to be reliable. I always notice that my recovery time is significantly faster when I take them compared to when I don't. I recommend their BCAAs in general, but what truly sets this particular one apart is the flavor, it's exceptional. This is hands down the best-tasting BCAA product I've ever had.I love mixing it with Sparkling Ice drinks for a sodalike sensation, and I add a small amount of apple cider vinegar, ginger, and lemon for the added health benefits and a touch of zestiness.

I enjoy the taste and got a baby bottle funnel to help pour this into standard water bottles. 1 full scoop is a little too much for a standard 16.9 fl oz water bottle and tastes a little chalky sometimes, but not an issue if I do less than a full scoop. I also feel like these give me more endurance while working out, without any stimulants, which I prefer.

I don’t always have the time to eat before or immediately after my workout and I definitely don’t wanna be in the middle of working out and breaking down my muscles by not having enough nutrients so I sip on my amino acids and electrolytes during my workouts The electrolytes help keep me going the amino help keep some fuel in my body to avoid muscle breakdown and it helps me complete my workouts.The blue raspberry ice flavor is amazing it dissolves easily and its sugar and carbohydrate free.
