We are relatively longtime users and strong believers in infrared light therapy. For over a year, we’ve been using medical-grade, commercial units at a professional salon, so we went into this fully aware of the differences between professional systems and consumer home products.This unit is not medical grade, and it doesn’t try to be. At around $65, it’s clearly positioned as a budget, entry-level option for someone curious about red and infrared light therapy at home.The panel uses 660nm red light and 850nm / 940nm infrared, which aligns with commonly used wavelengths. The light output is adequate for localized use, but coverage is limited. Unlike commercial beds that treat both sides of the body at once, this requires repositioning or turning over to reach different areas, which increases session time.The adjustable stand and rotating panel are convenient, and setup is straightforward. However, the overall build quality feels lightweight and consumer-grade. It functions as expected, but it doesn’t inspire long-term durability confidence.That said, any exposure to red/infrared light is better than none, and for beginners or casual users, this can be a reasonable way to test whether red light therapy fits into their routine before investing in a higher-end system.

This red light therapy has definitely helped my body and face have clearer skin. It was easy to use easy to put together very durable and Lizet very good quality is worth every money I spent for the designers very well structure, and it fits in anywhere point of my house.

--Red Light Therapy for Body and Face, 660nm 850nm 940nm Infrared Redlight Therapy Led Lamp Device with Stable Stand and Large Panel for Body, with Protective Glasses for Home Use--This comes in a nice box that is suitable for gift giving and storage. It has power and type of light adjustments along with timer settings. The remote control does not come with batteries and I wish it did so you could use it straight out of the box. The remote is handy so you can get the light set exactly where you need it and not have to then try to find the correct buttons on the light. I like the large panel for use on various body areas. It can take a bit a maneuvering to get it positioned exactly how you want it, which is related to the complaints I have. This is not a super high power light as it does not have require a cooling fan in the unit.I guess you have to take price into consideration regarding the complaints I have with the stand and power cord. The power cord needs to be longer as you generally have to use an extension cord to reach where you want to use the light. While the stand seems pretty sturdy, you can only use the light if it hangs over the base that sticks out otherwise the stand will tip over (physics). This is not the problem I have necessarily since it is physics. However the base sticks out so for example I cannot get the light as close to my bed as I really need because the bed has a solid base. If the extender arm were longer, this would compensate for not being able to put the stand directly against my bed. It is not an issue if you are going to lay on a couch since they usually have gaps between the couch and floor and you can slide the stand base under the couch to bring the light closer.Overall, the stand makes this a much more useful light that a panel you have to put on a table or hang from a door in order to use.

The base doesn’t stay attached to the pole. All you had to do was design a base with an extra half inch snd all would have been great.

For once the stand is sturdy and hold the lights in place without looking that it wants to fall on you any second. For the lights, it makes my sore back feel better, but I can't feel any heat, so it could just be in my head lol. Very easy to use and to move around the house.
