I don’t know if it’s making any difference or not yet, but I’m using it and it’s very easy to use and it’s got a self timer. So I just plugged it into my cell phone. Use it for the 16 minutes daily. Nothing hard about that! I say it’s easy to use and it’s not too large. Some mouthpiece items are just too big and uncomfortable and this fits comfortably..

I go by studies, should work. It didn’t help an infected implant for me—removed yesterday—not sure anything would have. I was using only once a day and not long or constantly.I see that they recommend 3 times a day.Much proof on biophotomodulation so I’ll give it a more serious try for general gum and bone health.I find it easy to use with a cell phone battery backup. Then you are not stuck near an outlet. The cord’s too short for that anyway.

It’s a great device warms up in your mouthDownside is the chord is very short and do u have to stay close to wherever u are plugged into wish they made the chord a bit longer.Does make u drool so expect when u pull it out tons of drool.It had been helping greatly - I had amalgam removal and my teeth have been sore and achy gums so it’s been helping I only gave a 4 star because of the length of chord but it overall works great

I got this today and used it 1 time I had a mouth sore and it was sore, and after 15 minutes the pain went away it's been 3 hours the pain still gone I know it's not a fix but it works. My cat thinks I'm crazy lol but so far. I'll use it in morning before work
