I purchased this to begin the practice of "massaging" my feet to improve flexibility (myomassage). I also was looking for a product I could recommend to my clients. I am VERY pleased with the size, quality, and effectiveness as I use it. I am seriously considering buying another one so that I can massage both feet at the same time!

Its a hard and round ball

It claimed in the ad to be a hard and round ball. When it arrived unsurprisingly It turned out to be a hard and round ball. If you're looking for a hard round ball I personally recommend this one. Its precisely what it claimed to be and exactly what I expected. Thank you hard and round ball company for meeting my expectations.
