Wow. That's all I can say honestly. I was hesitant but desperate for neck and shoulder relief and this was an AMAZING deal with the holiday sales. Would I pay full price for it again? YES. I wish I hadn't even hesitated the few hours I did. Not only does this work as described, it works hard. It feels like a real person giving it there all for a $50 tip. It is a real tough shitatsu message and my neck was sore the next day from how badly it needed to be massaged. This thing is amazing and we have already called it our best purchase of 2019. The heat and nodes work wonders for stiff necks and we love how it can go anywhere you can hold it too. Also the straps fasten nicely for lower back and the like. Tough muscles and sore calves no more. I have never had a massager work so well. I have had many 5 n' dime store ones and stock stuffing type ones but THIS is the real deal.

Absolutely love this massager. Got it 4 days ago and I have used it for about 10 minutes every day. I purchased it because I get headaches primarily due to my neck. I am so relaxed afterwards, I'm ready for bed.Easy to charge, easy to use, 3 settings for intensity, and heat can be added. Well worth the money. Next time I wake up with a stiff neck or slept wrong, this will be my go to help. Hopefully I can cut down on going to the chiropractor.

Absolutely LOVE this, feels amazing, relaxing, helps the pain so much that I am actually able to sleep at night. Helps better than prescription pain meds, and I truly no longer feel the need for the nerve block!! It is comfortable, and easy to use ~ highly recommend!!

this is a lovely massage that feels really good, but unfortunately, if you use it too strongly on high heat it can burn and hurt you!!! I returned mine, which is really unfortunate because I liked it. I'm attaching photos about what happened to both of my shoulders after used it on the hardest setting at high heat and for only around 15 minutes. I definitely felt a slight ache, but nothing unusual when you're getting a deep massage. it also did not feel very hot, but was definitely delivering some heat. A few hours later the friction burns started and now I am scabbing. I attached photos of what happened to my skin early on, and how it looks now a few days later. Hopefully they totally heal! Sadly cannot recommend at all :(
