12/02/2025 I have been using this mat for 5 days now. My sleep is amazing. I am sleeping less hours but so deep that I feel like I’ve slept 20 hours. Also a pain I have been having in my right foot has diminished from 20 to a 2. To me that’s amazing. I recommend this mat.12/08/2025 - Update: I have been using this mat for 11days now. I use it continuously as much as possible. I have it under my work desk all day and then take it to bed and lay it at my feet. For many years I have had neuropathy on both my feet/legs and fingers on both hands. I slowly started loosing feeling and strength in both legs and hands but felt no pain. Since there was no pain it was easier to live with although scared of the long term decline. Due to the neuropathy, any injury to my legs takes a very long time to heal. Even a very small scratch can widen to double or triple its original size and take weeks, even months, to heal. In September I had a very small injury near my right ankle. Everything I tried only made it worse. Spreading wide and covering half of my foot now. Doctors have been no help. In desperation, and increasing fear of losing my foot I started searching for anything that could aid in my healing. That's when I saw an ad for grounding products and how it may help with circulation and nerve regeneration. I immediately bought this mat on Amazon.Initially the pain from my injury had almost completely vanished after using the mat for a few days. Wasn't even needing any pain medication. The feelings in both my legs was pleasant not painful. I could feel movement maybe like small barely noticeable electricity running up and down my legs. Again not painful or uncomfortable. After years of minimum sensation this was a good feeling.For the last 3 days, this has changed. The injury is healing at an amazing speed. The fact that it is healing has me feeling so happy. It isn't spreading anymore and instead it has dried out and scabbing. BUT I am now feeling everything in my legs and feet. EVERYTHING!The nerves in my legs seem to be regenerating and while I couldn't be happier about that the pain is intense. The pain at my injury sight on my right foot now feels like what it looks like, a bad burn. I feel it in its entirety. Prior to the grounding I knew it was there but I di not feel it as much. I did feel some pain and did take pain medications occasionally but nothing like what I am feeling now. My toes shoot pain up both my legs. I have gone from feeling almost nothing to feeling even the slightest touch.I will continue to update everyone as I go along my healing journey. Grounding is a long term healing modality and not something you do occasionally. The benefits seem to be cumulative as time goes on and can be so small that you may think it isn't doing anything. I saw changes from the very first day and that increased my faith in it. Now just 11 days later I am seeing/feeling real progress in my legs and there may be more progress that I have not noticed yet. I look forward to the progress I will see in the next 30. 60, 90 days and beyond.By the way, I recommended this mat to my cousin who was suffering from severe panic attacks and was barely sleeping. She has been using it for a few days now and this is what she has experienced: sleeping through the night and falling asleep with no need to take sleeping pills. A decrease in severity and frequency of her panic attacks. Lastly, regular bowel movements after severe constipation. I have experienced this too but I had attributed it more to a diet change than to the use of the grounding mat. I talk about this healing modality to anyone and everyone who will listen.In conclusion for today; don't think about it. Buy this mat, or any grounding mat/product, even if you do not have severe health issues or any health concerns right now. Buy it! Use it! You will not regret it. And if you do not want to spend the money right now, then walk outside on grass barefoot for at least 30 minutes everyday and that will give you the same benefits.My experience has been so positive that I have ordered additional grounding products. I have also researched this method of healing. There are scientific and medical papers online, check them out. There is also a documentary featuring the person who initially discovered the connection between grounding and healing which you can view on their website. They call it Earthing which is the same as grounding. I pray that your benefits from using this method of healing helps you as much as it is helping me.Third Update 12/31/2025I have been grounding for a little over a month. I have more to report. When you have poor circulation in your legs two things are very noticeable, hair stops growing in your legs and any little wound, even a scratch, leaves a nasty lasting scar.I never associated no hair to bad circulation because I had cleverly (or so I thought) used a device that was supposed to help stop the hair from growing. That was over a decade ago. but now my hair has started growing again. I know it is completely due to Grounding. The nerves have continued to regenerate. I feel it. Still painful but not desperately so. My legs and feet feel like they are bussing all day and night. The feeling is not unpleasant, I can feel everything now, even the slightest touch.The other thing I have noticed is the scars on my legs seem to be fading. I am not sure yet but I am documenting with pictures to see if they change. I will let you know.
