Did not like very bland if using as post apocalypse food then it would be fine. Not good for just enjoying a hot cup of soup. Even when rehydrated some of the vegetables are hard and it has an oder couldn't quite place what it smells like cooked but not good.

This makes a lot of soup! It has good flavor and creaminess. If you buy canned soup, it's all potatoes; this has just enough.

Tastes more like broccoli mushroom. Needs more cheese and salt for my taste . Super easy to make. There are 4 cups of product so if you don’t want to make a gallon of soup like me, use 1/2 of powder, ( 2 cups ) with half a gallon ( 1 quart or 4 cups) water. Easy peasy. Boil well blended 5-7 minutes

Good quality! Made potato soup this evening with it.. and its only 2 of us..I took quart of water to 1.5 cups of powder.. and in another pan, 1/2 stick of butter1/2 onion and city ham.. then put in it.. sooooo good!
