If you’re away from home or don’t have the time to cook, our shelf stable glatt kosher meals are the perfect solution to provide great taste and excellent nutrition.
We prepare each delicious shelf stable kosher meal using only the highest quality, ingredients and care. Then sterilized to preserve freshness, and texture, with no preservatives or MSG added.
All meals are Glatt Kosher and under the strict rabbinical supervision of the Orthodox Union (OU), and Rabbi Getzel Berkowitz of Kiryas Joel.
KJ Poultry’s shelf stable meals are already fully cooked, so they are quick and easy for you to prepare and serve. Simply unwrap and pop into the microwaveable tray into a microwave for approximately 2 minutes.
Whether you’re exploring the great outdoors, serving in the armed forces, prepping for an emergency, or just don’t have the time to prepare a meal, KJ Poultry’s fully-cooked, shelf stable meals provide the tasty nutrition to power you through the day.
This is the faster option. It's warmed up and ready in about 2 minute, depending on the microwave.
Place product as is in boiling water, heat for approximately 7 - 10 minutes.
May be heated on a Hot Plate. *Heat setting should not exceed 250°F.
In 2003 KJ Poultry has established their kosher processing plant in the New York State, Mid-Hudson Valley Region where we remain today.
Since opening it's doors it has grown into the largest kosher poultry plant on the Eastern Seaboard with over 250 employees. Daily production increased up to 40,000 chickens per day.

These taste very good. The meat is soft and tender. The meals are filling and taste great paired with hot white rice. They are super easy to prepare and can save you time. The only downside is sometimes the meat was very salty. They are more expensive because preparing Kosher beef takes more time and has to be supervised by a rabbi. They have a shelf life of 3 years, so these meals can be saved for emergencies or when you don’t feel like cooking.

I used it for yom tov and loved the meal, softness of the meat, but way to salty for me. The portion was more than enough, quality excellent. Instead of kugal perhaps roasted potatoes. Kol hakavod.

I stored this meal for quite a while, and it held up perfectly! When I finally tried it, it was surprisingly delicious — flavorful and satisfying. I Love this Company . Enjoy their other Entrees so I was VERY Disappointed in this entree. the taste wasn't awful but the Texture was like dog food . Hardly any meat . What Meat there was was Mashed up .Disgusting . Looks nothing like the Picture on the front . I'ts insulting to charge the money you charge for this . My elderly mother can't afford this. Shame on you x

The stuffed chicken and chicken soup were reasonably tasty and easy to prepare. I haven't tried the beef items yet.When I tried the stuffed cabbage, the sauce leaked. I did not eat it because I thought it might have spoiled.
