Sliced pears are better than halves which sometimes have hard halves you can’t eat. Usually I only get two slices a can too hard to eat.If you buy halves, my mom would serve two haves with a dollop of mayo on each pear half and shredded cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. Delicious instead of a dessert.
