The taste was flat, and it did not have enough fiber to keep me from feeling hungry in about 2 hours. We will not buy this item again. In fact, we poured out the last half of the box.

Got these on a Yuka recommendation and they're very good. A bit like honey nut cheerios, but without all the pesticides. Healthy and tastes great! A good snack too, if you just want to eat them out of the bag.

Kashi breakfast cereal tastes great. Wholegrain honey toasted cereal, with granola. My go to cereal and at the top of my list. So tired of cereals that are loaded with added sugar. This brand has a variety of flavors, I have found it simply wonderful at a good price.

For those that are looking for a low sugar, low sodium cereal that actually taste good, then this is it. We top with fresh fruit and it is crunchy and sweet. We are also using almond milk with it.
