As a post partum doula/night doula, I drink the first half a little quick for my first boost of energy then I drink the rest. Sometimes I do not need it all. A light snack before drinking helps keep off the anxiety feeling.I love the taste because it’s not too sweet.

I just recently started drinking energy drinks about 2 months ago. I started with Redbull, but found those to be too sugary tasting. I came across these Starbucks Iced Energy drinks and have been hooked ever since! I love that they have zero sugar, zero carbs, and are only 5 calories per can! They all have great flavors, and none of them taste artificial to me at all! They give me the caffeine boost I need, as well as the added component of mental clarity! I have been drinking 2 per day, so it’s safe to say I am obsessed!! Amazon has the best price for these, which is a great deal in my opinion! A must try and must by if you’re looking for a great energy drink!

I was curious to try these new Starbucks Iced Energy Drinks, and I’m honestly impressed. All three flavors — Tropical Peach, Watermelon Splash, and Blueberry Lemonade — taste really refreshing without that weird aftertaste most zero-sugar drinks have.They give a nice, smooth boost of energy and focus without making me jittery, and I love that the caffeine comes from plant-based sources. They’re perfect for mornings when I don’t want coffee or for an afternoon pick-me-up.If I had to rank them, Tropical Peach is my favorite, then Blueberry Lemonade, and finally Watermelon Splash — but all of them are good. They’re light, crisp, and keep me feeling alert without any crash later on.Highly recommend if you want something tasty, energizing, and guilt-free!

The flavors don’t really match the description but still tasty. pretty good size can and a nice carbonation not to strong. Drank the whole case!
