It is easy to overeat this product if I buy a big container of it, so I don't. Small portions means I can eat some, a small amount, and never a lot.The crackers are satisfying and crunchy. The crackers remain intact inside of each packet. A packet of cheese crackers also complements a bowl of soup, chili or soup and completes a meal. The crackers don't last long enough to ever get stale.I give this box of snack cheese crackers two thumbs up.
