This Honinst electric, stand mixer has a handy 10-speeds. It is not a huge mixer, but it's perfect for our family, and it has a lot of great features!First, the beaters are large, and they work beautifully. One of my favorite features is the clear lid. I can see what is going on in the bowl, without having to fret about a mess. This feature is perfect for letting my five year old granddaughter learn how to work in the kitchen. She likes watching what happens to a cake mix when we add milk, and eggs, and put it in the mixer.I have only positive things to say about this excellent buy. Recommended!

I’m really impressed with the Honinst 3-in-1 Stand Mixer! It has quickly become one of my favorite kitchen appliances. The 10-speed settings give me a lot of control whether I’m mixing dough, whipping cream, or making batter. The motor is strong but not too loud, and it handles thick mixtures with no problem.What I really love is the 3-in-1 functionality. Having the option to use it for mixing, blending, and meat grinding saves me space and money. The attachments are easy to switch out and clean, and everything feels solid and well-built.Overall, this stand mixer offers excellent performance at a very reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who bakes or cooks frequently!

As a complete beginner, I'm completely pleasantly surprised by my first time using a food processor! It's incredibly easy to use. I used to be dreading kneading dough, but now it's done in minutes, and the dough is incredibly soft, saving me time and effort. It whips butter and egg whites quickly, too. The machine runs very smoothly, without any shaking, and the noise level is manageable. Cleaning and disassembly are also easy, making it very user-friendly for beginners. After using it, I've found baking easy and fun. It's truly perfect for beginners!

The media could not be loaded. A few months later, I've probably made bread 15 times and the plastic gears are making pre-failure sounds. I even added a lot of extra hydration to make the work easier on the motor. Can't give it less than one star.Original:I bought this stand mixer for my mother-in-law, mainly because it was lightweight. Unfortunately, that's about the only thing it has going for it. Despite the listed 660W rating, I measured actual usage at around 160W under load — perhaps it peaks higher briefly, but that number seems wildly inflated. From what I found, the manufacturer factory specs it at 380W peak, not sustained, and it seems like marketing doubled an already optimistic figure. I thought it might have a DC motor but it's not.Functionally, it struggles with even a modest e380g/ 3 Cup loaf made with lower-gluten flour, not strong bread flour. The top of the mixer visibly flexes during use, and it's already making worrying cracking noises like plastic under strain. I expect it won’t last long if used for anything more than very light mixing.Unfortunately, my mother-in-law didn’t mention these issues until after the return window closed. If you're planning to use it only for the lightest of tasks — whisking cream or making cake batter — it might be adequate. But for anything involving dough, I'd steer clear.

I had been interested in purchasing a stand mixer for a very long time but was always put off by the high price and significant weight of the well-known brands. However, when I ran across this Honinst mixer on sale, I was curious about it. I began comparing and contrasting its features against multiple other brands within the same price range and I ended up impressed. In particular, I was attracted to the manufacturer's claims that this mixer was equipped with a powerful, durable motor with 10 speeds, a relatively low noise level, four suctioned feet to keep it in place and stable on a countertop, was light weight, and had "planetary mixing technology" to ensure more thorough mixing of a recipe's ingredients. I also liked that the beater, whisk, and dough hook were made of metal and not coated in any sort of toxic material, e.g., Teflon,. With these features in mind, and after reading the many positive reviews, I finally decided to give this mixer a try.At this point, I have now experimented with different recipes to test out the functions of this mixer, and I can say that I am impressed with the way it performs. For example, when making whipped cream, I found that it delivered fast, perfect results. It also easily mixed thick batter for quick breads, such as cornbread and banana bread, although I did find that even with the "planetary mixing technology," I still had to manually scrape off small areas of unmixed batter along the inside of the bowl that the beater did not reach. Also, I discovered that the bowl itself was somewhat awkward to grasp and could be improved by including an attached ring or handle to allow the user to steady and grasp it more firmly. Overall, however, I'm very happy with this mixer. I appreciate how well it functions, how easy it is to use, and even how attractive it looks on my kitchen counter! For all these reasons, I think that anyone looking for a solid, basic, everyday, stand mixer that is reasonably priced should definitely give this Honinst mixer a try.
