I have purchased 3 of these units, and will purchase more as I expand my system. I use this on two laundromats I own to control door access for employees, and open and lock (exit only) the sliding glass doors for customers.The seller has lots of written documentation and videos showing installation and operation. These systems are very versatile and complete. I've used both door strikes and mag locks to secure doors. I asked the seller if I could use both a strike and mag lock, and they sent me back a wiring diagram and a link to the additional module I would need. I got the module the next day!I use a wall safe that uses another type of RFID, and I found key fobs that support the type of RFID this system uses, as well as the wall safe, so I only need to give my employees one key fob to open everything at both locations.So far the operation has been flawless, which is important because I don't want doors opening when they aren't supposed to or not opening when they are supposed to! I love how I can just delete a key fob from the system when a former employee doesn't return their keys. The system can also restrict based on days and times. It can also require a PIN and a fob to open doors. I use the PIN and fob for one of our outside doors, just in case someone drops their fob in the parking lot!Support is very responsive. I reported that their app doesn't work with Android 14. I think I was probably one of the first people to report this to them. But after they verified it didn't work with Android 14, they remembered to email me to let me know they are working on an update and will let me know when it's available. I ended up downgrading my phone OS, so I'm not in a hurry for an app update, but it's nice to see how responsive their customer support is. I do use the app to open doors remotely for employees who forget their keys at home. It's nice I don't have to drive an hour round trip just because someone locked their keys in the office.

I love this system and the support from this company is amazing. I bought this to convert the doors in our office. The system was relativley easy to set up and wire and works great. When you have a question they are really quick to answer. I am about to buy another system for second office and will buy a 3rd system for our warehouse soon.

Ce système d'accès est complèt et ce compare au gros système couteux de l'insdustrie, il fonctionne à merveille avec tous les caratèristiques requise pour un système. Le service après vente est super et rapide (+/- 24hrs) avec des gens qui veulent que sa fonctionne. vraiment un bon service et un produit qui de très bonne qualité.

Does EXACTLY what I needed it to do. We currently have 40-ish fobs created and used daily. The UI is not as polished as tech in 2025 but that's totally fine. Once you practice programming cards and get a rhythm, its easy. I can't speak on the encryption side of the fobs. Nor can I speak on the software as it forces you to use windows 10 or 11. I didn't know much about access controls months ago. I dry tested it on a table three times before installing with Cat cable.

For a do-it-yourself type like myself, this system was a dream.I run a lab, and this keycard system works better than the commercial system we had for a year before. It looks funky right now, but we're moving to a larger location, slowly disassembling it and re-assembling it at the new location.For fire regulations, I recommend the use of motion sensors on exits! I got the 4 door system. Still working years later, the software is easy enough to use, and if it isn't, support gets back to you in under 24 hours.I also recommend getting a battery backup so they stay on even if the power goes out, too. My backup battery was 80 dollars, and it lasted hours the one time the power went out.For the price, there is no better system. Thanks for all your help getting me set up and for helping me update card access recently!

System is very to install , setup on pc and phone app is quick and easy to use. Support by Email or WhatsApp , video call if needed xiangyun answers fast and is quick to get you the answers to your questions. Have never ran into issues with system or geting support. Definitely worth the purchase! I have several systems working with no issues.

I purchased this system in July and have had no issues! I decided to switch my computers and was struggling with getting all the information to show up on my new computer, but after a quick email customer support showed me exactly what to do and it was flawless. Will definitely be purchasing in the future!

Follow the instruction manual very closely. The answers you just need to look at them carefully.
