You know I'm very disappointed because I don't know what this tablet come from I think this tablet comes from a third party who would sell who sold his tablet okay when I got this tablet it was not wrapped in plastic I opened it the box opening and then when I pick up the tablet and I come with the charger it did not come with a charger and so it comes with a cord are UPS code for not a charger and then look like they place a new brand new case on the tablet and when I try to turn on the tablet the tablet was dead the battery was totally dead so when I charge it this thing would not pick up no Wi-Fi my Wi-Fi works good everything else my Wi-Fi is working but this one tablet do not pick up my Wi-Fi I tried my second Wi-Fi it did not work I tried my neighbor Wi-Fi it did not work this tablet is damaged something's wrong I mean with the functions on the inside on with the Wi-Fi cable or something like that because it would not work and they pulling this on Amazon to sell it and it's it's a disgrace I am sending this back with the box that it came in and I want a full refund
