This was a good product for a good price. However, on the back of the PC, it did not have the connections necessary to install the speakers from my old PC as they needed 2 slots. So I had to purchase new speakers that had only 1 slot to plug them in. There did not seem to be very many slots in the back for future expansions. Other than that, the computer has lot of storage and speed.

The great bait and switch....awaiting response from this company. Will amend if they make it right. Amazon is no help/complicit.Tried to troubleshoot myself for the last 3 months. Dell finally told me that the machine is not what the order says I purchased. The original machine had items switched out. The desktop is unstable and will not stay up for more than 24 hours. Also registered in the UAE and not US.From Dell:After reviewing the details of your case, we’ve confirmed that your device was purchased through a third-party reseller on Amazon. The original configuration of the system has been modified from its factory settings - it originally shipped with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, but has since been reinstalled with Windows 11 Pro.The system originally came with an Ubuntu 22.04 LTS operating system and drive, and was not designed or validated for Windows 11 Pro. However, the reseller replaced the original setup with Windows 11, which can cause system crashes, boot issues, and other instabilities. I had to buy a new computer because I couldn't upgrade my old one to Win 11. I opened this one to install some extras and found it totally "bare bones" - more like a lap top. I got a video and audio adapter from Amazon (great buys) and put my old drive as backup in an enclosure with USB rather than trying to install it inside the new machine. But other than those fixes it is working smoothly and I am glad I bought it. And am learning Win 11.

THIS IS HOW IT STARTED BUT READ TO THE END: Not too happy. The product arrived and would not turn on. Power button lights were blinking. After spending a few hours on the phone they had me open the computer remove the ram clean it and reinstall the ram. Now it runs. When I went to Activate the Windows 11Pro it came up with an error message stating the hardware had been change and it could not authenticate. Hours on the phone later amazon is sending the seller a question asking for an activation key for Window 11pro. Also the info states it has blue tooth. Nope this one does not. OK... THE SELLER WAS ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH AN ACTIVATION KEY AFTER GOING BACK AND FORTH FOR 3 DAYS. NOW I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE SELLER CALLED ME 4 TIMES WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A WEDDING. I DID NOT ANSWER BECAUSE I WAS BUSY. WHEN I GOT HOME LUNA A SELLER REP EMAILED ME APPOLOGIZING AND SAID IF COULD RETURN THE COMPUTER OR IF I CHOSE I COULD KEEP THE COMPUTER AND THEY WOULD REFUND ME $100 FOR MY TROUBLE. I TOOK THE $100 BECAUSE I HAD WAY TOO MUCH TIME INVESTED IN THE COMPUTER AND IT WAS NOW RUNNING AS IT SHOULD. I REVISE MY REVIEW TO 5 STARS DUE TO THE SELLERS COMUNICATION.

Very happy with our purchase. Had to upgrade since win 10 is no longer supported.I do wish it had a cd player but i will just add one.Overall good value, easy to set up. Functions exactly as it should.Did not purchase a monitor as i already had one.I am comfortable with Dell, always had them.Would buy again.

Bought this to replace an aging Lenovo that would not upgrade to Win11. It is fast and doesn't lag running a proprietary real estate appraisal software which is its primary use. I doubt it would be a great gaming machine, but for simple computing and internet browsing, it's perfect. Be aware that it does not have a VGA port, so if you still have an old VGA monitor, make sure to get an adapter (the one I got for $7 worked perfectly). It's smaller than typical for a desktop which I find to be a positive, and the fan noise is almost nil. Everything I plugged in worked fine without drivers (wireless mouse/key dongle, USB Speaker bar, and thumb drive). Some may find that this lacks a suitable number of USB slots, but for my purposes, it's fine, and if you need more, just add a hub. It's a fine machine.
