Llegó rápido y en perfecto estado. Parece completamente nueva y no he tenido ningún problema.Mi única queja no es con la iMac en sí, es el combo teclado y mouse (no de Apple) que incluyeron: Se sentían de material baratos y el mouse tenía problemas de conexión frecuentemente, haciéndolo muy difícil de usar. Si alguien consigue esta Mac, que consideren también incluir un teclado y mouse originales de Apple o al menos unos de buena calidad. Fuera de eso, todo bien!

El computador venía rayado con un teclado y mouse genéricos. Se que hay comentarios que dicen que les llegó con el teclado. No lo crean. No llega con eso. Pague el envío rápido y llegó tres días después. No tuve tiempo de devolverlo porque ya viajaba.

Very impressed with the cosmetic condition and performance of this refurbished iMac. I was nervous buying a used computer but the price convinced me to take a chance. Computer looks like new- no signs of wear and tear at all. What a steal for the price!My only gripe would be that it comes with a Bluetooth (wireless) mouse and keyboard- but when setting up a Mac, you cannot connect or use Bluetooth devices until you are fully logged in. You will need to purchase a wired keyboard to set up the Mac. Other than that, very smooth experience. I would definitely recommend this seller.

I'm not an enormously tech-savvy person, and I don't need bleeding-edge tech. What I did need was a new desktop computer, the old one, another iMac, was thirteen years old and had seen better days. While adequate, it had issues. I didn't have 1500 for a brand-new machine, nor did I want to spend that much even if I had it.However, you pay for quality. This is a fact. Macs are quality machines. I have had very few issues with mine over the past 25 years, so I was NOT in the market for a PC.What to do? Well, I recently purchased a great tool through the Amazon Renewed program, and it was awesome! So, I thought to try a renewed M1 iMac. The M1 machines are more than powerful enough for me, and the software will be supported for quite a while. I found a silver 2021 iMac for a very reasonable price point, almost half the price of a new one, and I ordered it. Would my gamble pay off?It did. When the machine came in, it came with a power cord, which it should have. Included was an off-make, adequate wireless keyboard, and mouse, but I didn't use them because I had my old and perfectly serviceable Apple units. There were no instructions, but you don't need them, anyway. If you can find the power button, the computer walks you through the process. The iMac was loaded with Sonoma 14.5, see picture, and it was like new. No blemishes, and no glitches. Setting it up was easy as pie. The only issue I had was getting my Apple keyboard and mouse to pair—this could have been due to their age. They are at least ten years old but still work. Something tells me that if I had used the provided set, there would have been no problems. Well, when my original Apple stuff dies, I'll unbox the aftermarket stuff and use them. For now, my old stuff works.This is a great machine, and Amazon Renewed once again provided value for dollars spent. This iMac acts and looks like a brand-new unit, and my pocketbook isn't crying. You get all the new-gen features without the new-gen price. What's not to love? If you must have cutting edge, go ahead. Buy a new unit. I don't need cutting-edge. I need something that will do ten years of service. This has that potential.Recommend.

Took around a week to arrive.Was packed extremely well so props to the seller for that.Once I opened it up I was pretty disappointed to find it DID NOT include the Apple Keyboard or Magic Mouse that came with the iMac originally. Those are pretty expensive to replace.Instead I got two janky USB-C to USB-A adapters, a cheap keyboard that kept giving us errors once the computer was booted up, and a flimsy wireless mouse that didnt even work.I was tempted to return it but managed to source a keyboard and mouse that work consistently.The computer itself was flawless so I have no complaints there.The other day I was messing around in Settings and realized instead of them sending us an 8GB 1TB model, we got a 16GB 1TB model, which was helped redeem the overall purchases.Just be warned that you should NOT expect the original apple accessories so if you want those factor that into the cost of your purchase.

Great computer. Much faster at graphics and drawing programs than my macbook air with the M1 chip, and way larger screen -- all as expected. And about third to half price compared to a new iMac, so can't complain there. Somehow, it even knows it's sitting on the desk next to my macbook, and I can scroll between the screens and drop files between the two of them... no idea how it knows that, but great. The keyboard and mouse that come with it are not apple, so I did end up getting an apple trackpad (I like that better than a mouse) and an apple keyboard to go with it after a few weeks -- the ones that came with it worked fine, but just not quite as integrated into all the mac stuff with keyboard shortcuts and such.
