I have to comment to the customer service of this company. I worried I was being had when I got a windows 11 touchscreen at such an amazing price. When it came in and had the "no bookable device" error and "no hard drive detected" I definitely thought I was being taken for a ride. Customer service was quick to provide an exchange and even sent the replacement computer out before I even printed out the return label to drop off the other one. The computer is very nice runs smooth and is everything we need in a laptop for a fraction of a new one. This is the way to go especially if you have kids or a lifestyle that is hard on computers. This is definitely Italy the company you should buy from as they came through in a clutch situation
