It comes either Windows 11 Home S. The S is easy to eliminate. The directions were in the Amazon write up. Set up was was easy. Boots up quicker than any other computer I've had. The computer is not flimsy plastic. I had absolutely no problem connecting to my network printer. I think it's a great deal for the price. My model has 30 GB of RAM and 2TB's of solid state memory.

Large screen, looks good, large memory, good price. This brand is highly recommended by the techies at work. My last one lasted five years but food and other debris got under the keyboard and where the screen attaches, so this time I bought a silicone keyboard cover which is easy to type through. This one only has two USB-A ports, the last one had three, but multi-port hubs are available to add-on.

Order this computer in May 2025. By July 2025, it would automatically shut down and upon restart, require my BitLocker number. Hard drive problem and I was out of luck. The computer repair guy said he would never recommend buying an hp because that's all he ever repairs!

This is the first time I bought a laptop rather than a desktop, and it seems to work perfectly fine. The battery drains just a little bit more quickly than I expected, but it charges up very quickly as well.

I love this laptop, I'm writing from it right now and it works really well, my only problem is that it crashes occasionally but that likely because of some software I have installed. It does run Minecraft and Stardew valley pretty well and it is larger than i thought it would be but very nice.

Very nice laptop, large screen - comes with wireless mouse and stand as well.I am not a big fan of Windows 11 but it works fine.It would not show thumbnails of my videos but I had to download something to make that work.Older programs don't work well with Windows 11 but you can usually find a work around.
