This laptop came in perfect condition. It is fast and works very well. The packaging was excellent so that it was not damaged at all ! It came a day early and my overall experience was very good. I just got the computer today and I have unboxed it the computer came in a box super secured with some really sturdy bubble wrap which I definitely appreciate. I bought it in purple it’s true to the color depicted in the image. Although the image had a pen included this Chromebook did not come with that my only complaint other than that this computer seems to be great for my college journey!
