The TVs we purchased were glitchy and just didnt work right. You would hit the volume button and the TV wouldn't adjust then all of a sudden the volume would be too loud. The TV was not responsive. There was always a delay.

I looked fine until i used it. It powers down randomly and back on again. I tried unplugging it and holding power button. Also tried many outlets. Which is what they told me to do. The offered to let me send it back and they will send me a new one. I don’t return items especially shipping them. I most likely will never buy a tv from Amazon again. Too much hassle to ship things back whe i can just go costco.

A little smaller than I thought, this was not the sellers fault but my own measurement. Lol Tv works amazing picture quality is great, sound is ok, I feel it would work better with a surround sound but it could also be because I'm getting older and a little deaf. All in all great things for the price!

Obviously a defective item; ae "Flahing Power Light" (Google says it's a defective item)!! NEVER buy ANYTHING with the label REFURBISHED on it; clearly means that someone returned a defective item to Amazon, who tried and failed to fix, what should've been thrown in the garbage & Amazon instead put it up for resale, as REFURBISHED (complete BS), in hopes someone (like me) would purchase said item cause it was being sold for a cheap price. TV dies alot on me, too. What a complete waste of money!!!
