Here's the deal. I travel and present a lot. Conference room hookups are hit or miss. I do have a really thin 8 foot HDMI cable in my kit but that's often simply not long enough. This pair works GREAT. Easy to set up.I'll order or leverage a much smaller USB C cable to provide power to the laptop (transmitter side).Out of the box this worked just fine with my Mac, however, the image was rotated. When using the controls inside MacOS to 'rotate' the image, it didn't line up with screen size. What I mean by that is, the image rotated for sure, but, the screen extended off the display (65" TV).The manual isn't super clear, but here's the trick. On the Reciever side the reset button is dual purpose. HOLD to reset, (then re-pair).But if you just tap or click it it rolls through a number of modes.6 clicks rotates the image 270 degrees which is what I needed.There are 12 settings in all, mostly 6 levels of zoom, then the same 6 levels rotated.In the end this will be a GREAT addition to the travel presentation kit. ZERO lag for me at 40 feet playing videos as a test. That should more than cover any conference room I'm in and in my office I have a plethora of wifi interference too so I'm super happy.

Tech is glitchy, sometimes doesn’t detect the keyboard. Pairing will drop randomly within when transceiver and receiver are less than 50 ft from each other.

These are good quality little devices. They do run a little warm after a while. I have a fairly complex setup in my garage with multiple monitors and multiple hdmi splitters and hdmi switchers. The big thing I wanted these for is my 32" touchscreen that runs on special software. The video signal was strong, quick and without issue. However, the tracking for touchpoints did not work properly, it was completely off. Clicks were happening , just not in the right spot. I am not sure if these are transferring the porop edid from my monitor because I no longer see the touchscreen as a seperate monitor in windows. I was able to get the wireless USB to work with a test keyboard, but I really want the touchscreen to work properly. I believe it is just my setup and specific hardware causing me issues.

This wireless HDMI adapter works pretty well. It was easy to get set up and started using. The connectivity appears good, but there is some lag. I love that I can connect with anther device without having to attach an HDMI cable. It really makes connecting easy.
